Position Summary
We are seeking for a candidate for an internship who will support in the following activities:
1. Perform periodically inventory of stock, cycle count, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values .
2. Monitor transaction integrity.
3. Support the management on KPI analysis.
4. Analyze and solve any stock issues.
5. Analyze root cause of daily inventory adjustments.
6. Assist in automating and integrating corporate cross-functions such as inventory control, procurement, distribution, manufacturing and project management.
Duties
7. Manage day-to-day business activities across the Operations.
8. Support Manager and the team in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
9. Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system everyday.
10. Support the launch of new products and sustaining projects.
11. Work closely with Planning, Master Data, Tech Sourcing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Regulatory, R&D.

12. Leadership skills and attitude.
13. Good computer skills: ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data and experience with ERP systems, and MS Office applications is beneficial.
14. Critical thinking, problem solving and skills.
15. Able to think end to end when dealing with challenges and opportunities.
16. Able to prioritize within multiple day-to-day activities and projects.
