Experteer OverviewIn this role you will join the Military Customer Support Organization in Brindisi to support military engine fleets.

You act as the liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, handling technical and logistic inquiries and on-field interventions.
You will perform on-site maintenance, borescope inspections, and deliver concise technical reports while upholding safety standards.
This position offers hands‑on problem solving, travel to customer premises, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure mission readiness.Retribuzione / BenefitsServe as back‑office primary contact for CT7/T700 and AE2100D engine service inquiries and technical evidences.Collaborate with engineering teams to provide timely, effective solutions to complex problems.Conduct on-field technical interventions and plan the maintenance scope for CT7/T700 and AE2100D engines.Perform scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance activities and autonomous execution of maintenance tasks.Carry out engine borescope inspections and compile post-intervention technical reports.Act as Health and Safety coordinator during on-site work.Serve as Certifying Staff for engine maintenance activities and issue release to service certificates.ResponsabilitàBachelor's Degree or Technical High School Diploma with relevant hands‑on experience.Thorough knowledge of operation and maintenance of turboshaft and turboprop engines and related systems.Ability to perform hands‑on maintenance tasks (borescope, LRU replacement, module changes).Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.Knowledge of configuration control rules and engine logbook usage.Familiarity with engine nomenclature catalogs, technical publications, and maintenance manuals.Ability to read technical change proposals and repair schemes.Strong MS Office knowledge and customer‑focused mindset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel at short notice, mainly within Italy.Fluent in Italian and English.EMAR 66 / AER(EP).P-66 MILITARY AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE LICENCE (B1/C) or EASA equivalent.Eligible for NATO Security Clearance.Work visa as required by local regulations.Requisiti fondamentaliHybrid work when possible.Life and injury insurance.Private medical coverage.Employee assistance program.Training and development programs. xjrgpwk Bonus schemes.
