We\u2019re on a rocketship, and we\u2019re just getting started.The RoleYou\u2019ll be the second designer at TextYess, working alongside our Founding Product Designer and reporting directly to the Head of Product, with real ownership over product surfaces.You\u2019ll be in the room when the problem is defined - often the one defining it. You won\u2019t be handed tickets or pixel-perfect specs. You\u2019ll take messy product problems and turn them into clear decisions, UX flows, and things engineers can ship. You\u2019ll own the outcome, not just the deliverable.We\u2019re rethinking the primitives of a CRM and what marketing looks like over WhatsApp, email, and voice when used by AI agents, not only humans.
