PpbAlkemia SGR S.p.A /b, an independent asset management company focused on Private Equity, PIPE and Venture Capital funds, is looking for a high-potential bInvestment Analyst /b / bAssociate /b to join the investment team in Milan.
/p pbThe ideal candidate /b has 3/6 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking or in the Transaction dept. of a Big Four firm or similar leading boutique.
He/she will be involved in the full investment cycle: sourcing, analysis, due diligence, deal execution and portfolio management.
/p h3Experience Education Required /h3 ul liExperience: /li lifor bInvestment Analyst /b: 3–4 years of experience in VC/PE (including internships or analyst roles), Investment Banking, or Transaction Services / Corporate Finance within Big Four firms.
/li lifor bInvestment Associate /b: 5–6 years of relevant experience in the same fields.
/li liAdditional highly valued experience (including internships): strategic/management consulting or audit (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Accenture) and/or direct experience working within or with startups.
/li liEducation: bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Corporate Finance, or Management.
/li liLanguages: excellent written and spoken English.
Fluency in other languages (besides Italian) is highly appreciated.

Dealflow Management, Sourcing Evaluation /h3 ul liManage and monitor deal flow across established Italian and European venture capital sources.
/li liConduct in-depth market research on strategic investment sectors and emerging themes.
/li liMeet with the Fund's Team to screen and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
/li liManage the fund's back-office operations (updating databases, preparing reports, etc.).
/li liTrack portfolio companies' KPIs and meticulously analyze any deviations from target numbers.
/li liParticipate actively in due diligence processes; identify key investment metrics through quantitative analysis, reference checks, and on-site visits.
/li liPerform valuation analysis and thoroughly analyze corporate financial statements.
/li liPrepare investment memoranda and present findings during discussions with the internal Investment Committee.
/li liWork closely with legal counsel to negotiate investment documentation.
/li liSupport the valuation and monitoring of the fund's portfolios.
