Ph3HSES MANAGER - ref.JOB-1332 /h3 pReady for exciting challenges in the Energy sector? /p pWe're actively seeking a HSES Manager to support the construction and commissioning of a major industrial project in Rottterdam, Netherlands. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop HSE plan, reports, all procedures, methods, processes of the project with responsibility of key indicators of safety and environment. /li liProvide strong and consistent safety leadership and direction. /li liEstablish, implement and maintain the Site HSE management system, including supporting manuals, plans, procedures, documentation, and reporting systems. /li liEnsure correct and compliant HSE support is provided to site personnel and any contractor/subcontractor. /li liEstablish HSE standards and protocols ensuring an in-depth understanding of associated regulations and legal requirements. /li liSupport the safety culture of the site by ensuring compliance to established safety procedures. /li liEnsure that environmental best standards are used on the project. /li liPerform and participate in hazard identification workshops, risk assessment workshops, emergency response plan drills, toolbox talks, site inductions and training exercise requirements where required. /li liLead and participate in HSE audits. /li /ul h3Your Experience /h3 ul liExperience in HSE Management role on projects in an industrial sector such as electricity production, gas production, oil, chemistry, refining, etc. /li liThorough knowledge of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for large projects. /li liAbility to lead and function within a combined client and several subcontractors and partners. /li liExperience in energy and resilience as well as proven systems, techniques and methods to assess and deliver the project HSE process, on time and to budget, keeping environmental constraints to the highest standard. /li liEffective communication and leadership skills. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in HSE, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 10 years of experience in HSE studies - risks - impacts. /li liBilingual English and Dutch. /li /ul h3Your Motivation /h3 pYou're not just an excellent HSE manager, but you're committed to delivering your project with minimal environmental impact, finding the most cost‑effective solutions to reduce the project's carbon footprint and minimize its impact on the project location. /p h3ALDEBARAN Group /h3 pALDEBARAN Group operates in the energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting clients in France and internationally.
