This position has a grade of 15 and reports to the Technical Sales Support Team Leader.
Your responsibilities
* Providing internal and external Technical Sales Support, including technical support and documentation, to increase Customer Satisfaction.
* Supporting customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries.
* Ensuring resolution of customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
* Recommending solutions for customer requests and coordinating their handling.
* Creating a positive customer experience and maintaining good relationships.
* Collaborating with internal teams to update technical documentation.
* Representing the Voice of the Customer and providing feedback to improve processes.
* Applying safety rules and performing tasks safely.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales Force and Excel.
* 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Enhanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
* Proactive approach and ownership of customer issues.
* Diploma in electrical or electronic technology.
* Fluency in Italian and English.
