The Global Compensation and Benefits Specialist supports all of the C&B key activities of the HR C&B global team: Manage and organise all job evaluations supporting HRBPs Regional and Global in the organisation design; Manage the job architecture design and update; Support in managing the key company reward processes; Support the definition of Global C&B policies or guidelines. Accountabilities: Individual accountabilities - Work in close relation with the HRBPs Global and regional to support the optimum and clear Job descriptions - Manage accurate Job evaluation with Hay methodology - Ensure that the job architecture and appropriate levelling of job is fully and correctly respected and implemented in all HR system, working closely with HRIS team - Work in close relation with the Manpower planning & Reporting specialist to ensure that the organisation design is correctly captured and reflected in the budgeting process - Define standard ways of working in coordination with HRBPs and HRIS team to ensure organisation change processes are properly handled and always captured. - Support the Head of C&B in all reward-related processes end to end and their roll out ( such as annual bonus process, salary merit review ) - Support the Head of C&B in managing the Global C&B key policies/guidelines required to establish a best-in-class C&B function (international mobility, company car etc.) - Propose appropriate reward solutions working with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to drive business performance, behavioral change and embed a ‘high performance’ culture, propose competitive solutions to stimulate the improvement of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in Ammega Shared accountabilities: - Ensure clear ‘One HR’ and “business partner” approach with HR colleagues Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders - HR colleagues, Finance and IT department - External service providers Scope and Dimension - Member of the C&B Global Team Parameter of success - Job grading implementation and coordination - C&B policy coordination - Key HR processes coordination Requirement of the job - Degree in Economics, Business Administration, HR management - 3 to 5 years of experience in HR organisation related fields (ex: C&B policy, budgeting activities, Job evaluation) preferably within a multi-national company. - Knowledge of Job evaluation methodology (Korn ferry -Hay preferred) - Business and Finance acumen - Proficiency in MS Office including power BI, ERP and/or HRIS knowledge is a plus - Fluent English - Excellent organization & interpersonal skills - Problem solving skills - Strong team Player
