In this role you lead localized media activation for Coca-Cola’s portfolio in Italy and Albania, translating central plans into market-ready media strategies. You work with brand teams, IMX colleagues, agencies, and local partners to maximize impact across key channels while driving efficiency and insight-driven optimization. You own day‑to‑day planning, execution, and performance tracking, shaping the local media agenda with a mix of strategic input and hands‑on delivery. You’ll be pivotal in delivering ROI‑focused, cross‑functional media plans that support growth and brand narratives.

- Translate central connections and IMX plans into market‑specific media plans reflecting local realities
- Lead media planning across TV, OOH, Audio, Paid Social, Search, Programmatic, Retail Media, and Digital Video
- Adapt assets, formats, and timing for relevance in Italy and Albania
- Manage day‑to‑day communication and performance routines with media agencies
- Review and guide implementational plans with strong KPIs (CPM, CPT, viewability, reach quality)
- Support negotiations for media placements ensuring efficient, high‑value buying
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align plans with campaigns and growth levers
- Monitor performance using MMM, brand lift, platform data, and IMX dashboards;
lead post‑campaign evaluations - Ensure governance with Responsible Marketing, budget accuracy, and financial discipline
- Deliver an integrated Paid, Owned, Earned, and Shared media plan and collaborate with social/influencer teams
- Localize central guidance and align with global playbooks;
share learnings across markets - Operate with ownership, independent problem solving, and a balance of strategy and execution
- Work in a small, agile Top9 team environment
Responsabilità
- 7-9 years in media planning, buying, digital advertising, or connections roles (agency and/or client side)
- Strong knowledge of the Italian media landscape (digital, programmatic, social, retail)
- Experience managing media budgets and optimizing investment performance
- Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive optimization
- Experience collaborating with agencies, bottlers, crossfunctional teams, and commercial partners
- Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, resource‑lean environment
- Fluent in Italian and English;
