**Job Description Summary**: CAS is an ISF -informatore scientifico del farmaco
- and has a pivotal role working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve yearly targets. She/He needs to understand customer workflows, assess solutions that better fit for each user and act as an advisor on how to best implement the GE PDx Products in the routine. It is essential that the CAS keeps up to date on targeted products, customer visits and follow up on specific projects. Clinical Application Specialists are responsible to improve users’ satisfaction and explore new possible users working in a dynamic and talented organization to support PDx strategy execution. **Location: Lazio
- Maternity Leave Cover** **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain an high level knowledge of Contrast Media Products.
- Develop and maintain an high level knowledge of CT, MR & Cathlab Scanning Procedures and Protocols.
- Develop and lead local sales strategies execution in Lazio, Umbria and Sardinia through a proactive attitude and constant information sharing.
- Perform high quality product demonstrations within assigned portfolio for customers, staff and other stakeholders central Italy.
- Ensure that product features and specifications are properly understood, through high value Medical Information.
- Review product performance versus users’ requirements to deliver optimal product utilization through onsite and/or remote support.
- Track product consumption to support volume forecasting during daily activities.
- Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships.
- Track activities through assigned tools & processes with constant monitoring of defined KPIs.
- Support tender process and documentation preparation.
- Respect pharmaceutical regulations.
- Contribute to pharmacovigilance data collection efforts.
- Provide professional presence at congresses and workshops to best represent PDx. **Required Qualifications**: - Scientific degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, CTF, Biotechnology and Biology or other experience/authorization that enable to work as Italian ISF **informatore scientifico del farmaco**: - Significant experience in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector.
- Proven customer acumen and relationship building skills in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Must be organized, self-motivated and possess business knowledge (e.g. sales, marketing) to develop sales objectives.
- Proficient computer and software skills are needed to maintain and input sales territory records and to complete sales data and promotional information.
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Willingness to extensive travelling within his/her specified geographic area.
- Based in **Lazio** or willing to relocate **Preferred Qualifications**
- English fluency (written and spoken).
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.
- Strong written and verbal communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages. **Quality Specific Goals**: - Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
