On behalf of our client, a company that provides various brokerage, consulting, merchandising, trade marketing, and customized services aimed at driving the growth of its product portfolio across different channels and markets in line with its commercial strategy, we are currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Data Analyst. This role will be responsible for evaluating and identifying sales trends through the analysis of industry data, both internal and external to the company. The position involves collecting and examining information, preparing coherent and insightful reports, and subsequently presenting these findings to the team and management.PRINCIPAL DUTIES- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales trends.- Communicate with the management team regularly.- Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources.- Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices for company success.- Present actionable information and insights to team members and management- Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively.- Collaborate with team members and members of other departments.- Ensure all sales activities are reported correctly, reviewed daily by the quality control team.ABILITIES- Attention to detail – The ability to review and perform tasks that require large amounts of data without errors.- Time Management – The ability to multitask and assign priorities to different projects.- Responsiveness – The ability to stay on top of communications through all channels and respond promptly.- Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.- Inductive Reasoning – The ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (includes finding a relationship among seemingly unrelated events.)- Versatility – Ability to work both independently, and as a team player.- Technology Savvy – Ability to learn about different technologies, platforms etc.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in accounting, marketing or finance or related field.- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience.- Strong knowledge of word processing, Excel spreadsheets, database and presentation software.- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills. - Superior oral and written communication skills.- High level of organization and detail-orientation.- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative. - Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently.- Ability to prioritize projects, deliver on important deadlines, escalate issues appropriately, and keep company information confidential.- Excellent project management skills, effective time management skills and can work in a fast-paced environment.- Advanced Excel and Power BI.- Bilingual level of English proficiencyBENEFITS- Remote work.- Competitive salary- Permanent contract
