As an Apprentice PMO some of your main activities will be: Assistingin coordinating project activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables Facilitatingcommunication between project managers, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders Assistingwith logistic andexpeditingprocesses Maintainingand updatingproject documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, trackers) Preparingreports for senior PMs or managementregardingproject status and performance Ensuringdocumentation adheres to PMO rules, methodologies, processes, templates, and standards Supportingmonitoring project expenditures and budget alignment MaintainingSharePoint sites, trackers, reporting dashboards, and PMO tools Supportingprocurement processes and vendor/resource management Supportingwithwarranty claims for defective components Required entry qualifications You have less than 30 years of age,in accordance withthe Italian apprenticeship contract You gained experience asaPMOinterorasimilar role You area freshgraduate in Management Engineeringor similar You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English Aspiration to develop a PMO path and growth Genuineinterestfordigitalization Very goodknowledge of office 365 and availability internal tools Knowledge ofSAP will be a plus Ability to work in team and think about everything from the customer perspective You are a role model for openness and inclusiveness as a non-negotiable cultural element Openness to a temporary relocation in Italy or abroad What we offer Flexibility:trustfulenvironment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven byresults,; Hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personalcomputerandsmartphone; Wi-fi connection reimbursement.
