We are seeking a bright and motivated Project Engineer with at least 1–2 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering sectors. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and manage project phases, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
* Coordinate internal and external resources, including engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reports on status and risks.
* Manage suppliers, ensuring contract compliance and timely delivery of materials and services.
* Implement and maintain project quality plans, conduct inspections and audits, and address non-conformities.
* Facilitate project meetings and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, performing site inspections when required.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong background in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
* Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, P&ID, SolidWorks) and ability to read technical drawings.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (API, ASME, ISO EN, etc.).
* Understanding of EPCM processes, construction, and commissioning activities.
* Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and deliver results.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
* Commitment to quality and safety standards.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
* At least 1–2 years of professional experience in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial plant engineering sectors.
* Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
