LI-Onsite The Role: You will deliver security operations for the designated client program, developing strategies to identify risks, setting up monitoring and auditing systems, assessing security data related to personnel, promoting staff awareness, conducting assurance tests, and supporting internal and external audits. You will collaborate with Corporate Security, Cyber Defense, Threat Operations, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management teams to strengthen capabilities in preventing, detecting, responding to, and resolving security threats. You will report to the Local Leader. What You Need to Have: Experience supporting e-commerce or retail programs in contact center environments. Experience implementing and maintaining security practices in production environments, handling sensitive information per contact center security standards. Experience conducting risk assessments and driving remediation plans to closure. Experience in information security activities, including security education, risk communication, and awareness initiatives. Ability to maintain and improve compliance with customer security requirements. Capability to lead internal assessments covering all customer requirements. Ability to support incident management for the global security team. Technical skills to prepare for and lead customer assessments and ensure prompt closure of corrective actions. Nice to Have: Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIPP, CEH, ISO 27001. Familiarity with frameworks and data privacy regulations like GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, GLBA, and law enforcement guidelines. Responsibilities: Conduct periodic checks and oversee physical security controls as per contract. Manage fraud incidents and lead fraud prevention activities. Perform ongoing vulnerability assessments. Review security logs, physical access, and CCTV recordings. Address and close audit and assessment findings. Support incident management efforts. Enhance existing controls to ensure compliance with security standards. Lead internal assessments of the contact center to meet customer requirements periodically.
