This position will be working a hybrid schedule that consists of days in the (LOCATION) office as well as working remotely depending on training and productivity. Your Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our growing urgent care team. The role involves ensuring a smooth registration process for new patients and efficient appointment scheduling for both new and existing patients. The Case Manager will coordinate appointments between patients and healthcare providers according to company policies, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare is preferred. Preferred CMA, LPN, or RN certification. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably in scheduling or administrative roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. Strong problem-solving skills.
