Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Milan.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, handling scheduling, and maintaining inventory.
They will also be responsible for supporting the Manager in administrative tasks and operational planning.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service and hospitality
Leadership and team management skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic administrative and clerical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using restaurant management software
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
