Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with excellent grades in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering disciplines, along with solid quantitative knowledge
* Experience and/or skills in ESG risk management, focusing on data collection, measurement, analysis, and reporting
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); programming skills (e.g., Python) are a plus
Additional qualifying experience includes:
* Analysis of regulatory environment and best practices in ESG risk management for financial institutions
* Implementation of ESG disclosure standards (TCFD, TNFD, EU Taxonomy, EBA-ESG Pillar 3)
* Knowledge of banking regulatory reporting templates
* Understanding of corporate sustainability reporting standards (NFRD, CSRD, GRI, SASB)
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication and management skills
* Problem-solving and solution proposing abilities
* Organizational and data processing skills
* Team-building and interpersonal skills (empathy, open-mindedness, flexibility)
* Excellent command of English
