Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Saluzzo (CN), is looking for an Employer Branding & Communication Specialist.

Within the HR team, he/she will be responsible for internal and external communication activities across the entire Group (Italy + UK). In particular he/she will:
* Draft and distribute Group newsletters and messages to support corporate culture.
* Manage and update the internal communication calendar.
* Support internal campaigns and initiatives with consistent messaging and materials that foster engagement and a sense of belonging among employees.
* Maintain internal communications and photographic archives.
* Create and update corporate and ad‑hoc presentations.
* Produce content for press releases, social media, and websites.
* Develop employer branding strategies across all platforms (particularly LinkedIn and company website).
* Ensure that all internal and external content reflects the Group’s values.
* Collaborate with the Sales, Product Management & Sustainability Departments to ensure communication is aligned with brand messages and strategic objectives.
* Manage media and stakeholder relations to strengthen the Group’s reputation.
* Manage the calendar of internal and public events.
* Organize and support the execution of events and trade fairs.
Requirements
* Excellent writing skills in both Italian and English.
* Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
* Strong knowledge of digital platforms and social media.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or other Humanities-related fields.
* At least 3–5 years of experience in the communication field.
* Empathy, curiosity, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
Location: Saluzzo (CN) on site, with frequent business trip to the UK plant. xjrgpwk
Salary package: will be defined based on actual experience, with an indicative range between € 30.000 and € 35.000.
