ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB

We are seeking a young, motivated, curious, and enterprising talent to join us at our plant in Sedico (BL).

The Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing procedures and equipment involved in the manufacturing process. Duties include researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to optimize production.

As a Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer, you will use your knowledge of science and math to construct the most streamlined, efficient methods of component and parts distribution. You will handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse and material flow layouts, and help define and design material flow infrastructure to maximize transportation and reduce costs.

Some responsibilities include:

• Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with all laws and regulations
• Analyzing production processes, schedules, and methods, and providing reports to business leaders for future planning
• Reviewing and calculating labor, material, and other costs, and assisting management with scheduling and production requirements
• Planning workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve efficiency
• Project tracking, benchmarking, and process standardization and optimization

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

* You see solutions, not problems

* You hold a degree in Engineering
* You have at least 2-3 years of experience in complex environments, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, or Continuous Improvement Engineer roles
* You possess knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
* You can establish and maintain excellent relationships
* You work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver on time
* You are oriented towards digitalization and information technologies
* You are flexible and adaptable to constant change
