Your responsibilities Providing internal and external Technical Sales Support, including technical support and documentation, to increase Customer Satisfaction. Supporting customers during pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries. Ensuring resolution of customer issues by coordinating with relevant teams. Recommending solutions for customer requests and coordinating their handling. Creating a positive customer experience and maintaining good relationships. Collaborating with internal teams to update technical documentation. Representing the Voice of the Customer and providing feedback to improve processes. Applying safety rules and performing tasks safely. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Force and Excel. 3-5 years of experience in similar roles. Enhanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles. Proactive approach and ownership of customer issues. Diploma in electrical or electronic technology. Fluency in Italian and English.
