We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Team Lead to oversee the maintenance and optimization of technologies in our Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineering technicians, ensuring they work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have significant practical engineering experience, including supervisory roles managing people. They should possess experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, as well as automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with proficiency in English and Italian at CEFR Level B2 or higher. Experience working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations is also required.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading, supporting, and mentoring the team to ensure they work safely, efficiently, and effectively.
* Collaborating with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
* Supporting the Reliability Engineering Manager in implementing, recording, and auditing safety and statutory compliance programs.
* Implementing network standards and focusing on preventative maintenance to provide high equipment availability.
* Ensuring sufficient technical coverage by organizing and directing training programs.
* Organizing local projects or supporting EU-level projects as assigned.

• Full working knowledge of all specialized engineering and facilities equipment within the Fulfillment Center (FC) and Delivery Stations (DS).
• Experience working with PLC based control systems.
• Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs.
• Experience with Kaizen and Continuous Improvement Process.
