coffee manufacturing operations in Italy
, and we are looking for an
experienced Production Planner (m/f/d) to join our production team.
Our group operates modern coffee production facilities in
Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio
, covering
coffee roasting, grinding, capsule production and automated packaging
.
To support our continued growth, we are specifically searching for a
Production Planner with at least 3 years of experience in the coffee industry
who understands the complexity of planning
industrial coffee production environments
.
&##Plan and coordinate
daily, weekly and monthly production schedules • Align production planning with
sales forecasts, demand and inventory levels • Coordinate production capacity across
roasting, grinding, capsule filling and packaging lines • Monitor
production performance, bottlenecks and line utilization • Ensure
raw material availability and smooth production flow • Work closely with
production, procurement, logistics and quality teams • Continuously improve
production planning processes and efficiency
&##Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning in the coffee industry • Experience with
coffee roasting, coffee capsule production or coffee packaging operations • Strong understanding of
industrial coffee manufacturing processes • Experience working with
ERP or production planning systems • Ability to coordinate
complex multi-line production environments

Industry experience in companies such as
Illy, Nestlé / Nespresso, JDE Peet’s, Vergnano or similar coffee manufacturing environments is considered a strong advantage.
