Role Overview
We are seeking a Procurement Transformation Strategy Manager based in Rome or Milan, with experience in transformation and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include:
* Leading transformation projects within the Procurement area, guiding teams to deliver project outcomes.
* Designing target operating models, processes, and assessing technology maturity.
* Managing project deliverables, documentation, and client interactions.

Apply process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, conduct Quality Assurance, analyze data, challenge conventions, and support business development efforts.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience (8-10 years) in procurement and change management, with strong end-to-end process knowledge, consulting background, and expertise in eProcurement and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Fluency in English and Italian is required.
