Supporting this, the Field Clinical Manager, Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies oversees a team of Field Clinical Specialists, ensuring procedural success, managing daily team operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Clinical, PACE, and Quality to promote therapy adoption, ensure patient safety, gather device feedback, and facilitate customer education and device commercialization.
A Day in the Life
• Manage and oversee the Therapy Development team's daily operations for clinical trial support.
• Coach and guide remote team members to meet enrollment targets, enhance skills, and foster customer relationships.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure support for procedures, physician training, and on-site hospital staff training.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting, and achieving revenue and expense goals.
• Work with Clinical and Quality teams to report and resolve customer and device issues.
• Coordinate with Medical Education to ensure team compliance with procedural best practices and current training on imaging modalities and device updates.
• Conduct field evaluations and provide performance feedback.
• Manage resources including demo products, simulators, and imaging equipment globally.
Must Haves
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology, or related field.
• Strong influencing and consulting skills.
• Experience managing in remote environments.
• Budget management experience.
• Previous people management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with overnight stays (geography-dependent).
