YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits
* Administer global Compensation & Benefits programs
* Support the execution of compensation policies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & welfare Benefits
* Coordinate and prepare global incentive programs (short‑and long‑term)
* Support annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus processes, job evaluations)
* Maintain accurate C&B data and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
* Serve as a point of contact for the HR Team regarding C&B‑related topics
* Support market benchmarking and external reward surveys
HR Analytics
* Manage HR reporting concepts and global HR KPIs
* Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports and analytics for management and key stakeholders
* Support data quality enhancements and system audits
* Interpret HR data and provide insights to support decision‑making
YOUR PROFILE
Education & Background
* Completed commercial college education or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards
* Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and compliance‑related topics
* Experience in an international or matrix organization is an advantage
Skills
* Excellent English skills (written & spoken)
* Excellent Excel and IT knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
* High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
