This role will be pivotal in designing and executing sophisticated acquisition and retention strategies for our most valued users. With a split focus of 30% acquisition (Wirex Retail and selected external channels) and 70% retention (automation, upscaling, loyalty), the CRM Manager will help deliver a world-class, tailored experience. /ppReporting to the Activation Retention Lead, you will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Content, and Customer Support teams and act as the internal champion of our high net worth /ppHNW) customers.
