PAdecco Italia SpA, for a Multinational Company based in Italy, is looking for a /ppJunior Global Business Controller /ppThe person will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Finance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's global financial analysis and reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the management of the financial strategy, ensuring compliance with the standards and providing strategic insights to senior management. /ppYou will report directly to the Global Finance Director. /ppAdditionally, you will collaborate with all the local controlling teams situated across all the geographies. You will also collaborate with all the Central Functions teams on financial activities. /ppMain Activities: /pulliDevelop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis to check the alignment with the company's overall business objectives; /liliPrepare budget and forecast of the Business Unit managing also the budget collection of the subsidiaries; /liliPerform consolidation activities of financial results from multiple entities of the business unit; /liliOversee all aspects of the global financial reporting process, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements; /liliManage and control the BU working capital in order to maximize the cash flow generation along all the chain from the raw materials supply to the finished products sales; /liliProvide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making; /liliElaborate business unit reporting and presentations providing financial performance insights; /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting /li /ulpRequirements: /pulliEducation: Master Degree in Economics or equivalent /liliWork Experience: 2/3 years of experience in a similar role /liliTechnical Skills: Expert knowledge of Excel /liliKey Competences: We are seeking a candidate with high precision and attention to details, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and competence to work towards objectives and deadlines /liliLanguages: Proficiency in English and Italian /li /ulpWhat’s in for you: /pulliWork location: Milan /liliContract type: Permanent /liliWorking Hours: Full Time /liliRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available. /li /ul
