This is your chance to make history. /p pJoin the HR Contact Center team as a seasonal associate, which supports Amazon globally including India, APAC, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) countries. Our team provides a multi-language capability to the internal customers, and is looking for HR Contact Center Associates with Arabic and English to join us. Reporting to a Team Manager remotely, the team acts as first point of contact for employees and managers via phone, live chat, email, and internal case management systems by answering Employee’s life‑cycle queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, data management, onboarding and terminations as well as processing absence reporting requests. /p h3Key job responsibilities /h3 pHandle and resolve HR queries in Arabic and English by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures and elevate where these cannot be resolved. /p ul liTake ownership of employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus. /li liIdentify gaps in the supporting documentation, internal processes and areas where the level of customer service could be improved. /li liCommunicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concern for the whole employee life‑cycle at Amazon. /li liActively seeks employee feedback to improve levels of service. /li liBeing able to work on rotational shifts in both weekends and weekdays, including holidays. /li /ul h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liSpeak, write, and read fluently in Arabic /li liExperience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul li0 words entered. 100 or fewer are recommended /li liAdditional job details for internal candidates /li liLocations /li liThe full list of locations will be shown in the job description.
