Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Organization & People Management course, covering both theoretical principles and practical applications. Culture and Cross-Cultural Communication: Exploring Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and their implications in business. Motivating and Leading Across Cultures: Leadership styles and employee motivation in diverse workforces. Cross-Cultural Negotiation & Decision-Making: Strategies for effective communication and business success. International Human Resource Management (HRM): Best practices for managing talent globally. HR Strategy & Operating Models: Aligning HR functions with organizational goals and right-sizing strategies. Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability: The triple bottom line approach to business. Knowledge Management: Strategies for managing intellectual capital in multinational organizations. Developing Cross-Cultural Competence: Skills and frameworks for global business success. Managing International Teams: Strategies for leadership and collaboration in multicultural settings. Organizational Structure & Control: Designing structures that support international operations. Assessing students through assignments and final projects, incorporating real-world business challenges and best practices into the curriculum. Qualifications & Experience B2 or C1 English Level A Master’s or Ph.D. in Management, International Business, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Strong expertise in cross-cultural management, international HRM, and leadership in global organizations. Experience in university-level teaching (preferred). Industry experience in international business, HRM, consulting, or global talent management is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cross-cultural awareness.
