We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong technical background and solid English language skills to join our Technical Offer Management (TOM) office. This role supports all Technical Pre-Sales activities in close collaboration with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and understand customer requirements
2. Interpret and manage mass balance data
3. Prepare Production Time Schedules (PTS)
4. Select appropriate equipment based on project needs
5. Develop layout and P&I diagrams
6. Estimate installation and commissioning timelines
7. Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
8. Specify equipment features for costing purposes
Your Profile / Qualifications
What sets you up for success
9. Degree in Engineering or Business-related disciplines
10. Proven work experience in relevant technical or commercial roles, in engineering, equipment manufacturing, or food & beverage production
11. Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
12. Familiarity with AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor
13. Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Project, and Word
14. Experience with ERP systems (Stratega or equivalent)
15. Willingness to travel (Italy, EU, and beyond)
16. Solid technical understanding
17. Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and business models
18. Comfortable working across multiple companies, locations, and cultures
