Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain the project’s Common Data Environment (CDE)
* Manage document flow and version control
* Coordinate with project stakeholders: clients, owner engineers and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
* Generate reports and maintain records
* Quality assurance and project closeout
Qualifications
Position specific qualifications
* Extensive experience in document control and management for large-scale infrastructure projects
* Proficient in using Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document management systems
* Strong understanding of engineering documentation processes and standards
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, owner
Additional Information
* Good coaching and moderation skills.
* Ability to conduct negotiation talks with internal and external groups.
* Practiced in presentation in front of various audiences.
* Good MS Office user skills.
* Fluent in English, German of advantage.
* SAP knowledge of advantage.
Compensation
* Basic wage component (gross): 36000 euros per year
* This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
