Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lighting Designer at Laudarte - Illuminazione, Mobili e Accessori di Lusso. The Lighting Designer will be responsible for designing and implementing lighting solutions that align with the aesthetic and functional needs of luxury interiors and architectural spaces. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients and design teams, developing comprehensive lighting plans, selecting appropriate lighting fixtures, and ensuring proper implementation of lighting control systems. The role may also involve creating technical drawings and specifications, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring projects meet design and quality standards.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Lighting Design and Architectural Lighting, with a strong portfolio of relevant work
* Knowledge in Lighting Control systems and the ability to integrate them into projects effectively
* Experience with Interior Design principles and their application in luxury environments
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt designs to meet client needs and technical constraints
* Proficiency with design software and tools such as CAD and rendering programs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders
* A Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
* Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient lighting solutions is a plus
