Air Freight Export team in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a motivated
Air Freight Specialist Export (m/f/d)
with several years of experience in operational air freight export. You handle export shipments independently, work in a solution-oriented manner, and stay on top of complex logistics processes. We look forward to welcoming you to our international team.
Your Role: You independently handle export air freight shipments. You coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, supported by our transportation management system, including transportation planning, shipment handling, and documentation. You communicate with customers and partners worldwide. You monitor shipments and address operational deviations in a solution-oriented way. You prepare quotations and provide professional customer support, ensuring high service quality and long-term client relationships.
Your Profile: Completed commercial education (e.g. diploma, university degree, business school, freight forwarding training, or equivalent qualification). Very good knowledge of Italian and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Excellent MS Office skills. Proven experience in air freight forwarding Strong organizational skills combined with accuracy, reliability, and resilience. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team spirit.
