About HelexiaHelexia is an international company accelerating the energy transition through renewable energy and energy efficiency solutions for commercial and industrial clients.Part of the Voltalia Group, Helexia operates in 9 countries and brings together more than 450 employees worldwide, supporting businesses in their decarbonization journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and people‐oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team.You will play a central role in recruitment, career development, HR operations and the day‐to‐day running of the office.Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will contribute to the development of our people, culture and organizational excellence while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process (from definition the hiring need and sourcing to closing), define the recruitment strategies to attract candidatesManage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a high-quality employee experienceContribute to training & development activitiesSupport day‐to‐day HR operations, including payroll coordination and HR administrationSupport budgeting and reporting of labor costsParticipate in employer branding and support company events, meetings, and special projectsContribute to ESG and Quality reporting: processes, job descriptions, procedures, and training matricesEnsure effective executive support and day‐to‐day office operations, including administration, IT coordination, and fleet management Qualifications & Skills Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or related field2-3 years of experience in HR or similar rolesStrong interest and solid knowledge of recruitment processesBasic knowledge of labor law and HR administrative processesPeople oriented approachStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital toolsFluent English required (French is a plus) What We Offer A dynamic role combining HR, people, and operational responsibilitiesExposure to leadership and strategic initiativesA collaborative, international, and fast‐growing work environmentThe opportunity to make a real impact on people processes and office lifeTotal compensation: €30,000-€40,000 gross per year, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
