It all builds on a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFacilitate continuous improvement on Handling and Transport processes across the manufacturing sites. /li liAnalyse As Is and future state and be motivated to improve activities. /li liCreate and maintain a plan for improvement. /li liCreate the needed Engineering Change Notices (CNs). /li liLead improvement tasks/projects. /li liCase handler on an escalation process, used when factories cannot progress the production – meaning it is both urgent and most of the time critical to get solved fast. /li liBe part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and responsibility. /li liInvestigate and solve production issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams. /li liApply continuous improvement principles using quality tools like Lean. /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or alike. /li liLean certification. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liAbout 6-8 years of experience in similar roles. /li /ul h3Core Competences /h3 ul liA blend of technical, analytical, and operational competencies tailored to Handling Transport and continuous improvement. /li liSkills in process design and optimization related to Handling Transport. /li liWillingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand and solve problems. /li liData‑Driven Decision Making, use of data analytics tools such as Lean. /li liUse of tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA to identify and solve Handling or Logistic issues. /li liSelf‑motivated; result‑oriented and possesses great organizational discipline. /li liCustomer‑oriented and able to understand the complete business value chain seen from a customer perspective. /li liCommitment to learning. /li /ul h3EEO DEIB Commitment /h3 pAt Vestas, we recognize the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
