Who are you?

You are an experienced Customer Support Specialist seeking a new challenge. Your excellent communication skills ensure customers feel heard and valued. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at problem-solving, and can turn negative experiences into positive ones.

What will we do together?

The Customer Support Team is key in representing MAF's offerwall service, MyChips. You will manage our customer support chat and social media channels, assisting users with questions about our offers, and resolving occasional errors or issues.

As you learn about our products, you'll become an expert in advising and assisting users. Your goal is to provide exceptional support and leave a positive impression on MyChips users.

There is growth potential within the team. You could advance to Team Leader, guiding support colleagues, or become a Community Manager, engaging with our user community to foster connections and enhance their experience.

What will you do?

* Help users understand and navigate offers on the offerwall.
* Troubleshoot technical errors or issues.
* Respond to questions and concerns in a friendly and informative manner.
* Document and report recurring technical issues for analysis.
* Guide users to self-help resources and FAQs.
* Gather user feedback on their experience.
* Share insights and suggestions for service improvement.
* Look for ways to improve support quality.

What will you need?

* Fluency in English and Korean.
* At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
* Good knowledge of the digital advertising industry.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and energetic.
* Excellent active listening skills.

Nice to have:

* Experience in mobile marketing.
* Knowledge of rewarded and offerwall advertising platforms.
* Innovative thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to change.
