Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and structured F&B; Manager to join our team at our Mangia's Sardinia Resort - Marriott Brand, located in Santa Teresa Gallura, Sardinia. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Food & Beverage department, ensuring operational excellence, team engagement, and guest satisfaction through strategic planning and daily supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the master operational plan based on occupancy forecasts and group pricing
- Lead daily afternoon briefings with department heads to align on service priorities and challenges
- Foster a culture of belonging and motivation aligned with Mangia's service philosophy
- Ensure seamless interdepartmental communication to support operational flow
- Supervise daily F&B; operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and service standards
- Monitor guest experience and satisfaction across all touchpoints
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery
- Initiate improvement projects to elevate quality and efficiency
- Manage cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking
- Submit reports and performance updates to senior management
- Oversee inventor
