Whether it's a quick coffee or a team lunch, there’s a constant sense of belonging that makes the transition seamless.” /b /p h3Main mission: AdOps In-Store Operations Campaign Manager /h3 pWithin a dynamic team, you will play a key role in creating, executing, and delivering advertising campaigns within the ad server. This role is a key point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, working with internal and external stakeholders. The AdOps role is also responsible for the strategic development and operational coordination of the In-Store Network, ensuring proper campaign setup, delivery on KPIs, and a positive customer experience both online and in-store. /p pSince mastery of the Italian language is also essential for this position, the following mission details are presented in Italian. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAd Operations Analysis /li liPre-Campaign Analysis Setup: Support the internal sales team through pre-campaign analysis to validate technical feasibility, inventory availability, and optimal campaign strategy. Accurately traffic campaigns sold and booked by the internal sales team, ensuring rigorous setup within the ad server. /li liPacing Optimization: Support the sales team with the execution, pacing, and basic optimization of campaigns to ensure delivery against performance targets. /li liReporting Post-Campaign Analysis: Pull comprehensive reporting and data for booked campaigns. Conduct post-campaign analysis to summarize performance, extract key learnings, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and customers. /li liBest Practices: Learn and apply best practices by working closely with the Ad Operations team and other internal teams to standardize and optimize processes. /li liIn-Store Operations Coordination /li liOperational Support Coordination: Provide strategic and operational support to the commercial team, focusing on the management and development of the national network (rollout activities, expansion, and partner retention). /li liSales Offer Development Support: Collaborate with the sales team to define and develop the commercial offer and actively participate in sales budget planning and forecasting activities related to the in-store network. /li liStakeholder Vendor Management: Support the direct management of relationships with clients and stakeholders during the onboarding and activation phases of in-store services.
