Procurement analyst

PROCUREMENT ANALYST Luogo di lavoro: BolognaMultinational company leader in the earthmoving machinery sector, for its headquarters in Bazzano (BO), offers an internship for PROCUREMENT ANALYST The company are looking for a Procurement Analyst role, working together with the Indirect Material Procurement team at Bazzano (Valsamoggia)-BO facility and involved in a six-month work activity. The purpose is to support the team on the daily procurement activities during the implementation of new corporate procurement tools within facility procurement processes, familiarize himself with the current procurement processes and support the team in using new data flow to activate the corporate platform, following a plan based on a defined timeline. The candidate will interact with most of the facility departments, Global Support Services and external suppliers (mainly in Italy). Responsibilities: - Updating and maintaining supplier master data in the ERP database; - Managing RFQ and release PO for indirect materials and services; - Maintaining database accuracy following the corporate/facility procurement policies; - Being part of the process procedures deployment (es: guidelines, checklists etc.); - Doing administrative support when requested. Education Requirement: - Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply chain; - Fluent in English; - Advanced in IT tools. Skill Description: - Accuracy and attention to data management; - Priority task management; - Teamwork attitude; - Clear and professional communication; - Curiosity and willingness to learn digital tools. Stage completion will offer a: - 6-month training internship, with a monthly allowance of €600 and an internal canteen; - Flexible hours are available; - Training and use of digital procurement systems; - Experience in a dynamic, international team; - Interaction with suppliers, buyers and various company functions; - Be part of an inclusive environment focused on business and professional development. We will consider hiring the candidate after completing the training internship. Internship location: Bazzano (BO). A driver's license is required to reach the plant.
