Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with the brand's standards.
* Cultivate and maintain a loyal client base, offering personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Assist in maintaining the store’s organization, cleanliness, and inventory restocking.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve both brand and store objectives.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Profile
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury retail environment, with specific experience in the ready-to-wear department.
* Familiarity with luxury brand service standards and the ability to contribute a client book of high-potential clients.
* Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
* Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with management and coworkers.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian, English, and Chinese.
