We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Service Representative
to join our team in Zola Predosa (BO). The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and German - both spoken and written - and will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience through order management and proactive communication. This role works closely with Commercial team, Production, Warehouse, and Transportation teams.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

* Handle order entry accurately in the system.
* Provide timely order status follow-up to customers.
* Conduct proactive calls to customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
* Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
* Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records.

Job Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes

* Proficiency in French and German (spoken and written).
* Good command of English and/or Italian is a plus.
* Previous experience in customer service, order management, or related roles preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proactive, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
* Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
