We are currently seeking an ICT Digital Workplace Specialist to join our Group ICT team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, evolution, and standardization of the Group Digital Workplace, enabling a secure, consistent, and high-performing digital employee experience across all users and locations. The position reports to the Group ICT Technology Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Support the design and evolution of Digital Workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with Group standards and user experience goals
o Contribute to projects and change initiatives involving: Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Copilot)
o Endpoint & device management with Microsoft Intune
o AI solutions supporting productivity and collaboration (e.g., Copilot, automation, and other AI tools)
* Collaborate on the definition, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Group Digital Workplace standards (usage guidelines, best practices, DEX principles)
* Work closely with Infrastructure, Identity and Security teams to deliver integrated solutions with “security by design”
* Support the integration of collaboration platforms in M&A contexts, ensuring alignment with Group standards and smooth user transition
* Support the handover/transition of solutions to ICT Operations, ensuring service readiness and sustainability
* Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guidelines to drive adoption and consistency
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Copilot)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management concepts
* Experience working in multi-device / multi-OS environments: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, Android
* Basic understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and security by design
* Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
* Good English proficiency, written and spoken
