The successful candidate will support senior Professionals on several matters in order to improve her/his skills on Technical Due Diligence activities, Project Management and Monitoring. /p pThe candidate will be part of a dynamic team capable of simultaneously tackling and developing various activities. We work on all commercial real estate sectors such as Hospitality, Industrial Logistics, Office, Retail and Residential, across Italy. Flexibility and multidisciplinary approach are part of our methodology. /p pIn this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to support our Clients on significant projects for the identification of risks and opportunities. /p pWorking alongside more senior figures, the candidate will handle assigned tasks independently but coordinated within a team effort. /p pThe candidate will have the possibility to implement its ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information and various activities. /p h3Role accountabilities /h3 puProject Management and Monitoring Activities /u /p ul liSupport in preparing documents related to timelines, costs, and coordination topics /li liParticipation in meetings, preparation of minutes, and follow-up with consultants and project teams /li liUpdate of management and monitoring tools such as flow chart, risk register and open point trackers /li liSite inspections /li liReview of design documentation /li liProject analysis and preparation of presentations /li /ul puTechnical Due Diligence Activities /u /p ul liSite inspections /li liReview of As-Built documentation (design, certifications, etc) /li liSupport in drafting of Technical Due Diligence reporting in English and/or Italian related to the technical matters /li liDrafting of presentations addressed to the Client /li liInventory of the documentation provided and creation of the Virtual Data Room /li liAnalysis and reorganization of the building’s historical records, highlighting description and classification of interventions, including the analysis of floor plans attached to Building Permits /li liAnalysis and verification of cadastral plans and documents /li liArea Measurements of real estate assets in accordance with IPMS standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are particularly looking for candidates with the following: /p ul liMaster’s Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Surveyor Degree (Geometra) /li liExcellent knowledge of Office softwares and AutoCAD /li liTeamwork capability, proactive attitude and goal oriented /li liExcellent level of English (B2/C1) written and spoken and fluency in Italian written and spoken /li liWillingness to travel nationally for inspections from Milan /li liDrive license (cat.
