Position Summary
You will play a crucial role within the organization, handling various key areas related to the management of distribution contracts and international compliance.
A Day in the Life of the International Sales Support Specialist
- Management of Distribution Contracts: Coordinate all activities related to the stipulation of agreements with international customers, ensuring alignment with both law and company strategies.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal (sales, finance, credit, supply chain and administration) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective relationship management.
- Drafting Legal Letters: Prepare the necessary legal documents for the liberalization of international trade, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Management of Total Trend Spends Budgets: Allocate and manage budgets for each customer, working with the sales and administrative teams to ensure accurate accounting.
- Price List Management: Upload new prices or modify them based on the information shared among sales, finance, and business activation teams.
- Opening New International Customers: Coordinate the process of onboarding new clients, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
- Compliance: Monitor and control all activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies, reducing legal and operational risks.
