We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to help us keep all our apartments ready and prepared so that every guest always feels at home when staying at Be Mate.
What is it? It's travelling by combining the best of two worlds: the freedom of a flat with the security, quality and services of a hotel.
&##Design flats, carefully selected, in the centre of the cities.
Resolving the different reports notified from Reception, Apartments and Management.
~ Communication of the resolution of the different reports.
~ Documentation and control of external maintenance services.
~ Documentation of the Alarm systems and their operation.
~ Creation and adaptation of the Maintenance Book.
~ Training of the rest of the staff in the checking and use of different maintenance systems and panels (boilers, domotics, lights, etc.).
~ Basic garden maintenance tasks.
~ Management and ordering of the stock of spare parts.
~ Requesting materials and spare parts according to the needs and minimum stocks from the RDM.
~ Control consumption in the building (water, electricity, gas).
~ Controlling the switching on and off of the heating and AC by means of domotics in accordance with the Check in and Check out register on the day.
~ Creation of a list of the best suppliers of different materials and tools.
~ You are a person with communication skills
You have basic knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel), of PMS of the sector and of correct use of various tools and risk protection regulations
You have a good english level
You must have experience in maintenance (electricity, plumbing, carpentry...)
You have availability for rotating shift
