About the Role
We are seeking a motivated person to support both the commercial and operational activities of Curbstone Italia. This is a full-time internship based in Monza, ideal for a proactive individual passionate about motorsport, luxury brands, and high-end client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Logistics Management
· Support the planning and execution of Curbstone Italia track and lifestyle events
· Assist with logistics coordination, hospitality setup, and on-site operations
· Oversee guest registration, client communication, and on-site support
· Contribute to debriefs, reporting, and continuous experience improvement
Commercial & Marketing Support
· Assist in business development and marketing activities
· Help prepare sales materials, client presentations, and partner proposals
· Coordinate with suppliers, sponsors, and external partners
Your Profile
Education & Experience
· Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or Logistics
· Internship agreement required
Mindset & Personality
· Automotive culture, karting or track days, photography, design, travel, outdoor activities, DIY projects, and event organization.
· Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
· Willing to travel across Europe and work from Monza
· Full driving licence and own means of transport required
· High adaptability and composure under pressure
Languages
· English and Italian: required (professional fluency)
· French is a plus
Tools & Skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Familiarity with CRM tools, event planning software, or Canva is an advantage
