Head of HR Italy
We are looking for a Leading Company in the Reatil Sector the Head of HR Italy.
Responsabilities
* Member of Italian Leadership Team
* Act as a strategic HR advisor for Italy Managing Director, delivering integrated HR strategies across Sales, Retail and Head Office, aligned with the company’s omnichannel vision
* Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, structure, and processes with a strong focus on EBITDA
* Monitor labour costs and key HR KPIs, and define action plans to optimize store coverage and team effectiveness
* Drive and support change management initiatives to empower people and the organization to reach their full potential and achieve operational excellence
* Lead key retail HR projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
* Oversee Performance & Talent Management processes, including compensation, reward systems, career development, and bonus schemes
* Design and implement HR strategies specifically tailored to retail needs (e.g., career paths, role definition, retail mission, incentive schemes, contests, etc.) to boost performance
* Hold full responsibility for Talent Acquisition across all functions (retail and HQ), as well as the Employer Branding strategy in partnership with Global
* Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, individual negotiations, and terminations shared with HR Operations
* Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and manage HR-related risks, including full oversight of the HSE function
Requirements
* 15 years of experience in HR Dept. At least 5 years as HR Leader in Retail Companies
* Deep knowledge in Retail is mandatory .
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong retail experience as HR in dynamic and complex environments and deep knowledge about all the in-store processes
* English fluent
