Key Responsibilities
The Security Team Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Manage and lead a team of security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the facility
* Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents
* Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
* Provide training and guidance to team members on security procedures and protocols
* Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents and responses
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A strong background in security management or a related field
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* The ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
* Experience with security software and technology
* A valid driver's license
