We are looking for a Project Manager with a software or systems background to join the R&D department in Bologna. The role involves leading cross-functional and international teams and managing R&D projects from concept to start of production, ensuring alignment with time, quality, scope, and cost targets in accordance with Toyota processes. Qualifications / Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent 2 years of experience in Project Management, software R&D environments is a plus Experience with software development lifecycle (Agile or hybrid models) Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2) are a plus Proficient in using Git and DevOps, to maintain stable, collaborative, and efficient R&D codebases is a plus Fluent in English Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project Organized, proactive, and structured mindse Key Responsibilities Lead R&D projects Coordinate the work of R&D teams (software, electronic, mechanic) with other corporate functions throughout the project development process.
