Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accounting operations in all day-to-day activities and support Finance Manager
Responsibilities
* Day-to-day finance activities
* General administrative tasks : contact with Bank, customers, suppliers and all departments
* Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and reporting
* Reconcile bank statements, intercompany statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy
* Support Finance Manager with month, quarter, year-end closing
* Monitoring and planning cash flow requirements
* Controlling AR / AP / General Ledger
* Generate a variety of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
* Managing preparation of all financial reports & balance sheets
* Preparations of the budget
* Analysis of the budget versus actual results
* Process optimization
* Maintaining contact with auditors, tax specialists, banks and other finance related parties
* Preparing VAT declaration
* Support financial Manager in day-to-day operations
* Replacing Finance Manager in case of absence
* Ensure all matters consistent with Global & Company Policies and Laws management
Qualifications
* Higher Education; Accounting / Economics / Professional qualification
* 5 years experience Senior Accountant or Finance Manager
* Knowledge of different accounting software (Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion, Qlik, etc )
* Knowledge of business languages : English
