Ph3Field Service Digital Support Coordinator /h3 pLocation: Verona-Dossobuono, Italy. This position requires working from the office 90% of the time and occasionally from home. /p h3At INNIO We Offer You /h3 ul liA fast-growing international business environment /li liBeing part of a young, supportive and enthusiastic team /li liLearning opportunities and other development opportunities to craft your career path /li liFlexible working time /li liPrivate Health Insurance /li liHybrid working model – we work both from our office and home office /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport daily administrative operations for field services in a digital environment and matrix organization. /li liSupport engines connectivity and remote monitoring systems. /li liProvide digital support for field services and assist with data analytics to optimize service performance. /li liEnsure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and timely communication. /li liUse digital tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Oracle ERP, SFDC, Excel, SQL, Tableau). /li liWork with ticketing systems, maintenance planning, and ERP platforms. /li liAdapt quickly to new digital platforms, connectivity solutions, and data analytics processes. /li liUniversity students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience of 1-2 years of administrative support, preferably in IT, Digital, or Field Service environments is an advantage. /li liPrevious experience in a matrix organization or cross-functional team environment. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liOngoing or finished Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, logistics, or related field preferred. /li liFluency in English and Italian languages (both written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus. /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks. /li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. /li liEffective verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting across departments. /li liProactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. /li liInterest in INNIO’s business segment (energy solutions, gas engines, digital services, and engine connectivity). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
